Bangladesh & Nepal Servers Only: Top-up is available strictly for Bangladesh and Nepal Server Player ID Codes. Please do not place an order if your Player ID/UID belongs to any other server region.
Incorrect ID Code: Nexora Game Shop authority will not be held responsible if you do not receive your diamonds due to submitting an incorrect Player ID Code.
Canceled Orders: If your order gets canceled, the specific reason will be stated in your Order History. Please review the reason and re-order with the correct information.
Payment Policy: You must complete your payment via Send Money to place an order on our website. Mobile Recharge is strictly not accepted. We cannot assist you if payment is made via mobile recharge.
Delivery Time: Orders are usually completed within 15 seconds (Instant Delivery). However, processing may take a bit longer in case of server maintenance or technical issues.
Support & Complaints: If you face any issues with your order, you must notify us within 3 days. If you pay from a physical shop, make sure to keep a clear screenshot or photo of the payment receipt.
